Deposit of three nights lodging required to secure reservation
All rates subject to general excise and transcient accommodations taxes.
Full pre-payment due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Full payment for reservations from December 15th to January 1st (Christmas & New Years) due November 1st.
Four (4) night minimum. Christmas and New Years: Fourteen (14) night minimum.
Check-out cleaning included. Maid service available on request. Call for specifics.
Check-in time 4:00 p.m. Check-out time 10:00 a.m.
Visa and Master card accepted.
$35 reservation fee, non refundable.
All units are non-smoking, both inside and on the lanai. Please use designated smoking areas on the property.
Pets are NOT PERMITTED in units. Violators are subject to charges for flea treatment and/or deodorization of unit. Minimum charge is $400.
Stays of 30 nights or more are subject to a $500 Damage Deposit and $500 Cleaning Deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $100, cancellation is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained.
Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
For reservations from December 15th to January 1st, cancellation is required prior to November 1st.
