RESERVATION INFORMATION

  • Deposit of three nights lodging required to secure reservation
  • All rates subject to general excise and transcient accommodations taxes.
  • Full pre-payment due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Full payment for reservations from December 15th to January 1st (Christmas & New Years) due November 1st.
  • Four (4) night minimum. Christmas and New Years: Fourteen (14) night minimum.
  • Check-out cleaning included. Maid service available on request. Call for specifics.
  • Check-in time 4:00 p.m. Check-out time 10:00 a.m.
  • Visa and Master card accepted.
  • $35 reservation fee, non refundable.
  • All units are non-smoking, both inside and on the lanai. Please use designated smoking areas on the property.
  • Pets are NOT PERMITTED in units. Violators are subject to charges for flea treatment and/or deodorization of unit. Minimum charge is $400.
  • Stays of 30 nights or more are subject to a $500 Damage Deposit and $500 Cleaning Deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For a deposit refund, less cancellation charge of $100, cancellation is required 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
  • For reservations from December 15th to January 1st, cancellation is required prior to November 1st.
