- Six (6) night minimum.
- Four (4) persons included in rate.
- Additional cleaning charge of $100 for stays less than 4 nights.
- The reservation deposit is three (3) lodging nights with all other aspects of our reservation policy being the same.
- Extra person charge is $15 each per night.
- On stays of more than 30 nights, add a $500 refundable security deposit and a $500 refundable cleaning deposit.
